Emergency electricity and/or plumbing (For tenants only)
If an emergency repair is needed and the tenant is unable to contact the Agency above, the tenant should call the following applicable nominated repairer **.
- Electrical – Call Shaun of Taylor Way Electrical at 0476 666 881 or Frank at Airdynamix at 0488 784 881
- Plumbing – Sunshine Coast Plumbing Company (James and other) 0408 184 824. (Failing this call Horsten Plumbing 0400 748 573 or Maroochydore Plumbing at 0416 002 012 or 07 537 08239)
**Important NOTE!!! Any misuse of emergency procedures or non-emergency use of this facility may result in the property occupant being held responsible for payment (s). Refer to the RTA site for an approved list of emergency repairs

Examples of emergency repairs include a burst water service or a serious water service leak or a very unsafe electrical condition. Since most units have multiple toilets, a single blocked toilet is unlikely to be considered an emergency.)
Only in an emergency where both the agency and nominated repairer can not be reached, the tenant may arrange for a suitably qualified person to carry out the emergency repairs up to the value of 2 weeks’ rent.
